Refund & Returns Policy
Refunds/Returns & Cancellations:
Before accepting a return on a product that isn't functioning as it should, 3D Printers 4 All reserves the right to exhaust any and all means to resolve and/or repair the malfunction through technical support and replacement parts provided by both the manufacturer and 3D Printers 4 All. No return will be accepted without reasonable attempts to resolve the issue(s) first.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of delivery. 3D Printers 4 All will not issue a Return Authorization for requests received after 30 days post delivery. 3D Printers 4 All must receive all authorized returns within 30 days of issuing a return authorization. Any returns received more than 30 days after authorization will not be accepted. Any Product that is returned without a return authorization will be denied.
The 3D Printers 4 All product must be returned in its original packaging. Products not returned in original packaging will not be accepted and customer will be denied refund.
You must contact 3D Printers 4 All for a Return Authorization number (RA#) by calling our toll free Customer Service number at 888-540-7630. Write the RA# on the outside of the box if you are sending a product back to us. Returns received without an RA# will be refused.
3D Printers 4 All enforces a strict "No Returns Accepted" policy for opened and/or partially used filament, resin, or any consumable of any size and weight that has been used or opened from its factory and vacuum seal. Only consumables that are unused, and in brand new factory condition are eligible for return to the manufacturer of origin within 30 days of the purchase date.
3D Printers 4 All includes free shipping on orders over $100. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, no restocking fee or shipping charges will apply. All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for and pays a 20% restocking of the value of the returned item(s). Buyer pays all shipping fees both outbound and return shipping for the returned item(s).
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
